In-person spring meeting of the UMR Spills Group. Remote connection information follows below.
We would like to develop an on-water barge-based response tactic. The aim for this year would be to set up a tabletop exercise, possibly as a theme for the fall meeting. There may also be opportunities to develop a spill response plan for a section of the river without one. Please consider your organization’s capacity for these activities or any other you suggest.
